Mini-pleat filter made of high-strength waterproof glass-fiber papers, employs innovative none-separator technology guaranteeing remarkable characteristics of large effective filtration area with low pressure drop, long useful life-time and small installation space.
Features:
1. Frame: PP or ABS plastic material with high burst resistance to air-flow lashing, suitable for HVAC system with frequent vibration in velocity and pressure.
2. Medium: High-strength waterproof glass-fiber papers without producing poisonous gas when incinerating, meeting requirements of environmental protection.

Description:
1、 The frame is made of galvanized steel sheet or aluminum alloy sheet. The thickness of galvanized steel sheet is 20mm while the thickness for aluminum sheet is 21mm.
2、 The frame comprises rib supports made of galvanized steel sheet. Each pocket is hold tightly by a rib support to prevent drop off.
3、 The filter media is made of ultra fine glass fiber material. The V-shape allows a bigger filter surface area. It has a long service life and a steady efficiency.
4、 Maximum allowable pressure drop is 600Pa.
